Each type of function can be handled on the same workorder as the calibration. The function tracks the function date; the same or different PO as the calibration; the cycle, cycle type and due date; the technician doing the work along with his time; the parts that were used; and any notes associated with this activity.

The associated instructions

Each type of function can have one or more instructions that are associated with it. These instructions can be any type of file (Word Document, PDF file, video file, or even a web page. If this were a repair, you may want the instruction to pull up the repair page for the make and model from the manufacturer's website. It will then be displayed when the view file button is pressed.

Recall dates

Each type of function can have a separate function dates, due dates, along with the cycle and cycle type. The Scheduled Function Info grid displays all upcoming work scheduled for the item.
