Licensing

The licensing for CalTrace is based on the number of concurrent users. This is the number of users that are logged into the server at the same time. The actual number of users is unlimited. Any computer that can accessed the server can be a workstation, as there is nothing to load on the workstation.

The licensing for CalView is a site license and there is no limit to the number of users or concurrent users.

The licensing for CalMobile is included in the CalTrace license. When a data transfer is made from CalTrace to the CalMobile program, one license is transferred from CalTrace to CalMobile. At the conclusion of work when the data transfer is made from CalMobile to CalTrace a license is also transferred.

The CalPocket License is for the exact number of users required.

Testing Equipement Trade-In

Purchase Types

Permanent Licensing

The standard license is for a permanent license. This is a one time payment for the licensing. There is an annual payment due for Support and Product Updates which is 20% or the licenses purchased.
